The College Rajendra Prasad Degree College , Meerganj Bareilly was established in the year 1968 in remote rural and backward area. The founder of this institution was Late Dharam Dutta Vaidya- Freedom fighter and Hon’be Health Minister in the then State Government. With a well defined motive of serving the society due to the fact that most of the younger generation of this area was in dearth of higher education. The college is affiliated to M.J.P.Rohilkand University, Bareilly. The campus of the institution is beautified with lush green lawns, flower beds and pleasing plantation. The institution has as excellent field , including indoor and outdoor games facility.
